I had just moved to my new house and was ready to add another pug so I went to Joy because I had always admired her pugs. Blissey’s pedigree also happened to go back to my breedings. I was able to pick up Blissey at the 2020 Westminster show while I was showing Pancakes. Little did we all know that we were a month away from a pandemic. All shows in California stopped and it wasn’t until I met Benjie Marcus that she could get to any shows. Benjie started handling Blissey and within a few months she not only was a Champion but a Grand Champion. Blissey then took 2021 off to have a litter of puppies. Then she returned to the show ring in January with a huge Best of Breed win in Palm Springs. Benjie Marcus showed Blissey for all of 2022. They had many great wins together.
